Service ares lies about actual issue .they are rude and do not back up warranty. And pencil whip you ,when you put a decent amount of money down on purchase..they damage your vehicle and lie.

Buyer beware!!

Bought a brand new Bronco that we waited 7 months for. The appointment for pickup was late day so we left about 5 PM. Took it for a drive and straight home. Early the very next day, while waxing it found a dent on the edge of the tailgate in an area that you would never expect to see one. Took a few cell phone pixs and called the dealer who never returned the call. Took the truck there and was told that there was absolutely NO way that the vehicle left the lot with this dent. Basically accused me and my husband (in our 60's) of lying about how it occurred. It makes the most sense that it happened in dealer prep when someone swung the tailgate open and accidentally hit something. But guess it was easier for them to blame us. They were very curt and rude after a $30k + transaction- buyer beware. If you are saving up money like we were on a once in a lifetime purchase - do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Great Order and purchase experience

Wayne County Ford was great to deal with. Due to the current supply situation, I had to order a vehicle but they made this easy and even though it took much longer than expected to arrive they were friendly to deal with. I traded my vehicle in when I ordered, and in the 10 Months it took Ford to make the vehicle they honored the order price, handled the trade paperwork and taxes properly, and didn’t add on any Administrative fees that many other dealer are doing for these high demand ordered vehicles. In a tough market where new vehicles are just hard to get, they are doing a great job and being very honest and reliable. Things have changed in the way vehicles are purchased and sold, and they are adapting well to this new market.

Absolutely the Most Deceitful & Disrespectful

Literally the most dishonest car dealer I’ve encountered in my life. (I’m 52 and have purchased at least 10 cars from dealers.) Unlike other dealers they won’t post prices on the internet, not to mention on the car itself. Good luck getting any type of firm financing offer - it’s obviously an independent profit center. Try getting a trade-in value for your car and being told it affects your financing rate? Typing of the paperwork is another profit center. Get this-you won’t even know what warranty comes on a Certified car, another opportunity to gauge their customers. Try just saying, “hey, cut it out” take your dealer markup but give me a price, it’s not gonna happen. Absolutely the worst!

Awful Service Management

Would not recommend. They caused damage to my husbands truck, putting on parts incorrectly. They also ordered the wrong parts for him and don’t respond when my husband calls or goes in to correct the problem. We reported them for fraudulent billing for billing my husband for things they never did and parts he never received. The service manager is awful and does not return calls, does not respond and offers no assistance at resolving the issue. We are getting a lawyer over this issue. My husband purchased many vehicles there and because of the service department would never give them his business again. Terrible management and even worse customer service. I want to also point out that they mention receiving a reward in 2014, well that was SEVEN years ago and they certainly are not reward worthy now

Does not back up what they advertise, blame other people then themselves for not fixing the problem. In my opinion, they promise service, but then find a way to blame the issue on the customer.

terrible service for oil change. Got hung up on

I would like to say the dealer was great with us. He took his time. He did not rush. I felt like my husband and I were the only people in the place. No interruptions, no phone calls. He just took care of us. It was great and we will be back for another car here when the need arises. As for the mechanics, that is the total opposite. Mistakes happen, so we called right back. Got hung up on a 2nd time. Twice is no mistake! Not good service as far as I am concerned.
