Electronic paystub (e-stub)
Keep track of your wages and PTO from this helpful website. You can get information 24/7 and paystubs are posted on the Thursday before payday.
Facility scheduler
Access your schedule, request time off and/or check your KRONOS time from the facility scheduler website, 24/7. Schedules are posted two weeks prior to the beginning of the next schedule cycle. To login, use your 3-4 ID and password created for the facility scheduler website. In order to access the scheduler, your computer must use Internet Explorer version 6.0 or higher.
Good Government Group (GGG)
The GGG is a grassroots employee organization made up of HCA staff throughout Florida, and we welcome the participation of our friends, family, physicians and volunteers in helping to improve healthcare in Florida. GGG provides a unique way for all our staff to become informed, involved and politically active.
HCA Hope Fund
The HCA Hope Fund is an employee-run, employee-supported 501(c)3 charity. The goal of the HCA Hope Fund is simple: to help HCA employees and their immediate families who are affected by hardship. This includes disasters, extended illness/injury and other special situations. The fund provides emergency information, referrals and/or financial aid. HCA employees, vendors, affiliated physicians and the general public can make tax-deductible donations to the fund.

OneHR Portal and HCA HR Answers
The OneHR Portal gives you convenient access to view your paystub (e-stub), update your certifications, HCARewards for insurance, view policies and procedures, make direct deposit changes, address updates, cashing in your PTO and much more. To access the OneHR Portal simply click on the link below and login as you would if you were at work. By using your 3-4 ID and network login you will have 24/7 access to the OneHR Portal.
Password reset
Password Reset is an application that helps you unlock or reset your Windows network account, Meditech account password, or HOST system password without calling the Help Desk. To use it, first create a profile, then follow the prompts to quickly reset or unlock your account.

Employment verification options
Option 1
Visit Thomas & Company and select “Request Employment and Wage Verification” (Green Button) on the home page. The requesting party will be charged a nominal processing fee. Provide the company code HCA747 and the employee’s Social Security Number.
Option 2
Call the Verifications Department to submit a request and make alternate payment arrangements (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, check or money order). Provide the company code HCA747 and the employee’s Social Security number.

Employee childcare program
Happy Cubs
Happy Cubs is a child care center provided especially for your children. This licensed and convenient day care program is available for the employees and physicians of HCA Florida Blake Hospital. Our goal is to provide a loving, safe and happy environment for your child, where teachers plan activities to meet the needs of the individual as well as the group. In this setting, children are motivated to grow emotionally as well as intellectually. The Learning Centers at Happy Cubs provide opportunities for children to learn through sensory experiences, problem solving observing and exploring. The daily program includes activities for the development of gross motor skills as well as fine motor skills, and planned play.
Exceptional Childcare
Happy Cubs maintains a strong involvement and commitment to the quality programs offered by the Department of Education, the Office of Early Learning and the Early Learning Coalition. They currently implement the C.L.A.S.S. Teaching Strategies and the ITERS and EXERS Objectives and Goals in their program and maintain some of the highest scores in Manatee County and the State. Annette has achieved and maintained the top 5% rating of child care programs in the state, and is the only repeat 5 Star rated child care program in Manatee County since the ratings implementation began.

Licensing, Certification and Personnel
The Center is licensed and inspected annually by the Department of Child and Family Services and Manatee County Health Department. The staff at Happy Cubs is composed of dedicated professionals who attend workshops sponsored by national, state and local preschool organizations. This ongoing training provides the staff with continual opportunities to enhance their teaching skills and awareness of early childhood education.
Annette Larkin, Director and Owner of Happy Cubs Child Care Center
Annette Larkin is the Director and Owner of the Happy Cubs Child Care Center. She brings over 30 years of experience to HCA Florida Blake Hospital with an exceptional record of leadership and passion for the Child Care Industry. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education with an emphasis in Behavior Management. In addition she holds certifications including the nationally recognized Child Development Associate, Directors Credentials, VPK Director Credential, Implementing the Florida Standards for 4 year olds, and an American Red Cross Instructor Certificate. Annette has ardently served as a sustaining member of the Junior League of Manatee County and brings over 30 years of experience to Happy Cubs and HCA Florida Blake Hospital.
