I brought mypet rat Juniper into beput down and the staff was amazing. Susan and Pam made sure Ifelt comfortable and even stayed with June before hewas put down asI couldn’t bein the room due tocovid. Igot avery kind sympathy card today from the staff and Iwould definitely goback. Susan and Pam made the world ofa difference ona very horribleday. Thankyou!

Please, for your beloved pet’s life, listen tothe multitudes ofother reviews with bad experiences. Maybe it’s all nice and dandy here inhealth but when your pet issick, timely and competent care becomes very critical. Months after death, westill only received abill from the bogus tests they ran onour bird. Hemay have lived had this awful vet told usto take him straight toa hospital instead ofwaiting critical days for results and treatment that never came.

If you’re looking for anavain vet this isnot the place. Drwolf specifically isvery rude and judgmental. Myparrot isnow doing way worse after his visit.

I have been tomany different exotic veterinarians and this isby far the best one Ihave beento. Wehave apanther chameleon who prolapsed many times and was being seen by2other veterinarians who told usthey couldn't help usany further due tolack ofknowledge. Wethought hewas going todie orhave tobe euthanized. DrWolf performed surgery onour chameleon and heis making asteady recovery. The staff here are incredible, they are kind, patient and very understanding and DrWolf spent time talking with usan explaining everything weneeded toknow and answered all our questions. They have remained consistently available when weneeded help right away. Wehave alot oftrust inthis practice and Ican't imagine going anywhere else anymore. Their prices are unbelievably fair aswell. What Iexpected topay and what Iactually paid are 2very different things.… – show

They recently called meto tell methat mydogs (almost $400) bloodwork showed she was inthe beginning stages ofkidney disease. They failed togive meany answers tomy questions refused togive mean recommendations onwhat todo for mydog and rushed meoff ofthe phone. Iwent toanother vet toget asecond opinion and off ofthe EXACT same bloodwork from companion animal found out mydog doesn’t have kidney disease atall and even ran aurinalysis todouble check they completely misdiagnosedher.… – show

I don’t recommend this place. They only care about money. Ibrought mybird them. Hehad aneye infection. Ipaid for visit which was afair price. The doctor saidme, hehad totake ablood test ($400) then hehad tomake asmall surgery and abiopsy ($1,100). $1,500bill for asmall co*ckatiel bird?? Isaid stop treatment, Iam picking mybirdup. Then Ivisited another avian. They healed mybird with some medicines. Ipaid them 176dollars (visiting fee included) and they treated mybird andnow mybird ishealed. Donot gohere!!!… – show

Dr Wolf and his team were anamazing vet's practice for our two cats. They looked after one assoon aswe adopted him from the shelter. The other they took over ongoing care from aprevious out ofstate vet for akidney issue. They were always quick and punctual with prescriptions. Always accomodating usif weneeded aquick visit oreven aquick question over the phone. They also helped uswith the preparation and paperwork for taking our cats overseas, which was somuch easier because ofthem.

Today wehad anappointment tobring inone ofour finches that has afracture inone ofhis legs. The day before hewas happy and was full ofEnergy eating and jumping around the Day wewere going tobring him inwe gave him food inthe morning and then brought him tothe clinic once wearrive they told usto leave him there. Wetold them that heneeded tostay warm and tofeed him every 20to 30min.the vet call usand told usover the phone that weshould put him Down since hewon’t beable towalk again,so wetold the vet that wewill take care ofhim athome even ifit was extra work forus. Once wewent topick him upI decided tocheck the box wehad him and when Ichecked hewasn’t breathing ormoving after leaving our baby finch with them for 21/2hours from9:00until11:30am,they didn’t give him any food atall and barely kept the baby finch warm. These people are irresponsible and they give the bare minimum incare and only care about money. Please don’t bring your sick pets here ifyou have better options available atthe time. IfI could give this clinic 0stars asa rating Iwould.… – show

My dog recently had anemergency and wethought itwas good totouch base with his primary. Iasked ifthey could check everything and offer advice onmaintenance since the previous instructions given haven’t been working. The woman onthe phone told mehas last check upwas tolong ago and they didn’t want tobe responsible for any problems found from the emergency treatment. Ifelt that even ifhe couldn’t came inthere wasn’t much care about what was going onwith mydog ormuch care inhelping since Iwas told togo back tothe emergency doctor who won’t beopen for hours. I've been here before with mypassed dog but iwasn't able toget anappointment with mynewdog, who was sick, this time.Dr. Wolf isaggressive inhis treatments yet non invasive when possible. I'm sorry Icouldn't start arelationship when needed with mycurrentdog.
